About
LAURA SIERRA OSTEOPATHY LONDON
Being a mum shouldn't mean pressing pause on your dreams and goals.
Everything can feel complicated after having children.
For me, I felt I had to choose between being the mum I wanted to be - compassionate, gentle, attached, loving - or being an osteopath. I couldn’t be both.

After the birth of my second daughter, I felt so empowered that I realised I didn't need to choose - I am the owner of my life and future.

I went on a deep journey to understand my priorities, my passions, my beliefs and my values. It gave me the foundation and encouragement to follow my dreams as a woman, a mother, AND an osteopath.
Often society asks us to choose between our goals as mothers and women, but I believe in a way of living where you can thrive in both.
My Approach and Mission
I support the whole family dyad to meet each stage of life with confidence and optimal well-being.
My mission is to empower women and support them on their journeys, helping them achieve their goals as mothers and women. Through paediatric osteopathy, I help children to have the very best start in life.
I provide evidence-based information from a natural approach grounded in a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.

My approach to treatment is from a caring and nurturing view, where I ask patients to get involved in their journey to maximise changes and achieve optimal health.

Laura has treated everyone in our family, from our kids, and newborns, to us and me, especially pregnant and post-birth. I can't recommend her enough. She is a wise and very interesting person who keeps learning for herself to give out the best treatment and care possible. She will always recommend what's best for your issues and knows exactly where to touch you to relieve any discomfort you have.
Thank you Laura for all that you do! We are so grateful to have met you!
